How To Setup Telephony Integration With EngageBay?

  • Step 2: Go to Preferences > Gadgets.

  • Step 3: Locate the provider gadget you want to integrate with. Click on the Enable button.

  • Step 4: Enter the credentials & give the required permissions.

  • Step 5: Click on the SMS tab -> locate the service provider gadget you want to integrate with -> Click on the Enable button.
